In-Home Counseling for Older Adults

Grace Aging Services - ♥ - homepage

Welcome!

I am a MSW, LICSW and Certified Dementia Practitioner who provides in-home therapy and counseling services to older adults and senior citizens in the North Central Massachusetts area who suffer from depression, anxiety, dementia, grief, addiction, and other debilitating mental health issues that come with growing older.

All too often, it's difficult to handle the many changes that come with advancing age. Chronic illness, the loss of independence, stress of caring for a loved one, and other issues can cause depression, anxiety, and emotional difficulties. Many older adults are unable to access mental health services due to physical limitations, lack of transportation, and sometimes care giving issues. Often times, they may be unwilling to travel to a therapist’s office to receive the treatment they need and deserve. Untreated illnesses, such depression and anxiety can lead to isolation, panic, lack of interest in caring for self, and increased physical deterioration.

To alleviate these obstacles, Grace Aging Services provides counseling services in the comfort & privacy of the individual’s home.
With clinical support, we can help the individual regain their sense of self and overall mental well-being.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and an approved Medicare provider, Grace Aging Services has experience in the treatment of anxiety, depression, grief, adjustment to illness, seclusion, family difficulties, and other transitional life changes. Grace Aging Services can help seniors with the necessary support and counseling services to help improve their quality of life and well-being.

It is important to remember that depression and anxiety are not natural feelings of the aging process, and can lead to greater complications if left untreated. Grace Aging Services can help resolve these issues in a supportive, positive manner all while in the comfort of your own home.

Appointments are available days, evenings, and weekends.
