TYPES OF THERAPY:
I utilize various evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, problem solving treatment, behavioral therapy, reminiscence therapy, cognitive bibliotherapy, solution focused treatment, all with a strengths-based, Christian perspective. 
I have experience with various issues related to geriatric mental health.  

 

SERVICES INCLUDE:
In-home individual counseling to Older Adults (age 60 and over), crisis intervention, substance abuse counseling,
collaborative care, outreach and consultation.
